Apex Builders brings the highest quality experience to construction management and home building.  Founder, Chris Bernal utilizes his 20 years of project management experience to compile the necessary team for each build. Monitoring the project budget and overseeing the building process, Apex Builders ensures the design vision is achieved with the highest emphasis  being quality. From start to finish Apex will be there with guidance and expertise.

DESIGN AND
PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Apex will help clients achieve a plan and begin the necessary steps to implement such as: budget formulation, schedules, procurement of permits, and design.  We can also assist with gathering all professionals needed from Architects, Engineering consultants, to the specific tradesman . 

CONSTRUCTION AND BUILD

As general contractor we will coordinate a team of professionals, on site coordination and supervision, and review of all invoices with payment recommendations. Our attention to quality control throughout the process is what separates us from other builders.

HOME MAINTENANCE

We offer a maintenance program with recommended monthly services to upkeep your estate.  Making your home living easy and manageable. Maintenance which keeps your home in high function, alleviating the stress from home ownership.

Chris has over 20 years experience in project management in Los Angeles.  His extensive background in carpentry and understanding the importance of "good bones" during framing helps him understand that the quality of beginning shows through to the finish. After serving as Director of Operations for a notable firm managing many high profile projects he decided it was time to formalize his company and offer full service construction management. Already familiar with building homes in Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Malibu and more....Chris strives to curate a team of subcontractors who provide respectable and quality work.  

Erica comes from a background of interior design and has worked as an interior designer and project manager for over 22 years.  Designing and remodeling homes in Los Angeles, Fort Lauderdale, Santa Barbara, and more. With a degree in Business Administration her financial management skills assist with budgeting projects as well as creatively implementing the ideas inspired by designers.
